Culture & diversity, equity and inclusion go hand-in-hand. Those organizations that invest in DE&I are more likely to be thriving because their employees are thriving. Specifically, organizations that have taken these steps to focus on DE&I are experiencing increased employee engagement, financial performance, and reduced turnover.
